Notes

I dual boot and almost never used Windows for anything (hardly) – so I took a chance. This things seems to work. To get it to install you have to open Defender and turn the thing off, then, double click the installer quickly. There are a couple of options – I chose to simply uninstall Defender.

Improved Performance Without Defender

On a random note my computer runs a lot faster after disabling this “feature”. Everyone knows how an antivirus program which is constantly running as a service will slow down a PC. This is no different. I noticed significantly better performance from my PC with Defender removed.

Will this blow up my computer – is it ransomware?

Could this somehow bork your Windows installation? Who knows? In my case I see nothing that is no longer functional, nothing that is broken, etc. It seems to have simply removed Windows Defender without causing any harm.

I have nothing but a few programs on Windows 11 – if anything bad happens I’ll wipe the drive. I’ve been messing with a hacked verion of Wondershare Filmora to see if it’s worth buying. By the way, I’ve spent thousands of dollars on software….just for the record. I didn’t like the idea that Microsoft could delete cracked files that were harmless. Not that is matters but Microsoft and Apple were founded by hackers who ripped people off mercilessly. Now they are in cahoots with various corporate monopolies to tell you what you can, and, cannot do with your computer. This “Defender” thing keeps deleting some modified .dll files that are cracks, but, that are not viruses. I’d had enough. Running this also allowed me to activate Office 2013…..using the following activator: Download MS ToolKit. I also never use Office 13 and installed the thing, like a kid, simply to see how the thing works. I use Linux for almost everything.

Further, Github is kinda “geek central”. If this binary package was doing anything malicious it’s quite unlikely that it would be offered for download on Github.

Google Chrome Will Also Tell You This Is A Dangerous Download

..because they’re part of the same, ugly, machine as Microsoft – they work hand in hand together to protect each other’s interests. Chrome offers an option to download the file despite claiming that it’s dangerous. It’s all bullshit.

Will this interfere with updates?

Possibly – I have no idea.

Christ Titus Script

This has to be run in a power shell…in my experience. I ran the thing and did absolutely nothing because it was unclear to me what things I should remove, add, etc. There are videos online which explain the thing – I’ve put it on this page simple because of it’s logical association with the other material. I watched a small part of a video in which Christ Titus stated that this did not remove Defender – at least that was my understanding.
